Broken Cymbal
I notified the Company that the cymbal is broken. They offered me a 20% off the price. That is not acceptable. It is not about the money. My 4 year old grand daughter opened her Christmas Gift and received a faulty product. I want a new shipment. When I see that the new product is in perfect order, then I will return the broken one.
